1.1 Purpose
本咨詢通告為正在或已取得民航局設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)的民用航空產(chǎn)品和零部件獲得外國設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)接受或認(rèn)可提供一般指導(dǎo)。
This Advisory Circular (AC) provides guidance on obtaining a foreign acceptance or validation of civil aeronautical product and article which has been received or applied for a CAAC design approval.

 本咨詢通告依據(jù)以下文件制定：
This AC is formulated under the authority of the following documents:
(1)  國際民用航空組織《國際民航公約》附件八《航空器適 航性》
(1) International Civil Aviation Organization, Convention on International Civil Aviation Annex 8, Airworthiness of Aircraft.

1.3 適用范圍
1.3 Applicability
本咨詢通告適用于型號(hào)合格證（ TC ）、型號(hào)設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)書（TDA）、補(bǔ)充型號(hào)合格證（STC）、改裝設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)書（MDA）、 技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定項(xiàng)目批準(zhǔn)書（CTSOA）或零部件制造人批準(zhǔn)書（PMA）申請人或持有人，依據(jù)民航局與進(jìn)口國民航當(dāng) 局（CAA）關(guān)于航空產(chǎn)品和零部件的雙邊適航協(xié)議文件要 求，為有關(guān)民用航空產(chǎn)品或零部件取得進(jìn)口國設(shè)計(jì)批準(zhǔn)接受或認(rèn)可的情況。
