The following contents shall be clearly stated in the record of training: （一）受訓(xùn)人員姓名； (1) Name of the person who has been trained; （二）最近一次完成培訓(xùn)的日期； (2) The most recent training completion date; （三）所使用培訓(xùn)教材的說明； (3) The description to training materials used; （四）培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的名稱和地址； (4) The name and address of the organization providing the training; （五）培訓(xùn)教員的姓名； (5) Name of the training instructor; （六）考核成績(jī)； (6) Scores of the exam; （七）表明已通過培訓(xùn)考核的證據(jù)。 (7) Evidence which shows that a test has been completed satisfactorily. 第五節(jié)危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu) Section 5 Dangerous Goods Training Organization 第一百〇八條 Article 108 制定和實(shí)施危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱的企業(yè)或者組織可以設(shè)立危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。 Enterprise or organization that establishes and implements the dangerous goods training programmes may set up the dangerous goods training organization. 無條件設(shè)立危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的企業(yè)或者組織，可以委托依本規(guī)定設(shè)立的危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)根據(jù)委托方制定并經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)、備案或者認(rèn)可的培訓(xùn)大綱對(duì)其人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。 Enterprise or organization that has no favorable factors to set up the dangerous goods training organization may entrust the established dangerous goods training organization according to this Regulation to conduct training to their personnel in accordance with the training programmes which are established by the principal party, approved, placed on record or authorized. 第一百〇九條 Article 109 危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)開展危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)應(yīng)當(dāng)符合以下條件，并報(bào)民航局備案： The dangerous goods training organization conducting dangerous goods training shall meet the following conditions and shall report to CAAC for putting on record: （一）具備法人資格； (1)Having the corporate qualification; （二）具有委托方提供的經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)、備案或者認(rèn)可的危險(xiǎn)品的初訓(xùn)和復(fù)訓(xùn)大綱及為委托方設(shè)計(jì)的培訓(xùn)課程及教材； |
