(3)The business scope of intending to conduct the transport of dangerous goods by air and the classification of the dangerous goods; （四）外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人所在國(guó)民航主管部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)的危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸手冊(cè)或者等效文件； (4)Dangerous Goods Air Transport Manual and its equivalent document approved by the civil aviation competent authority of the State of the foreign operator; （五）外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人所在國(guó)民航主管部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)的危險(xiǎn)品培訓(xùn)大綱或者等效文件； (5)Dangerous goods training programmes or its equivalent document approved by the civil aviation competent authority of the State of the foreign operator; （六）民航局頒發(fā)給該外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人的航線(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證的復(fù)印件； (6)Duplicate copy of the route operating permit issued to the foreign operator by CAAC; （七）符合本規(guī)定及《技術(shù)細(xì)則》有關(guān)培訓(xùn)要求的說(shuō)明； (7)Explanations of conforming to the relevant training requirements stipulated in this Regulations and Technical Instructions; （八）民航局要求的其他材料。 (8)Other materials required by CAAC; 第二十五條 Article 25 申請(qǐng)?jiān)谕鈬?guó)地點(diǎn)和中國(guó)地點(diǎn)間的定期航線(xiàn)上運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)品的外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)在預(yù)計(jì)開(kāi)始運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)品之日六十日前，按照本規(guī)定第二十四條的要求向民航地區(qū)管理局提出正式申請(qǐng)，并確保所提交材料的真實(shí)有效。 Foreign Operator, applying for the transport of dangerous goods on scheduled route between a point in the foreign country and a point in China, shall submit formal application in accordance with the requirements of Article 24 of this Regulation to CAAC Regional Administration 60 days prior to the day when the transport of dangerous goods is scheduled to be commenced and shall ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the materials submitted. 申請(qǐng)材料齊全、符合法定形式的，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)受理外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人的申請(qǐng)。 If the application materials are complete and in conformity with the statutory forms, CAAC Regional Administration shall accept the application by the foreign operator. 材料不齊全或者不符合法定形式的，民航地區(qū)管理局應(yīng)當(dāng)當(dāng)場(chǎng)或者在五日內(nèi)一次性通知該外國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)人需要補(bǔ)充的全部材料，逾期不通知的，自收到申請(qǐng)材料之日起即為受理。 |
