c) 旅客拒絕接受安全檢查；
c) such action is necessary because the passenger has refused to submit to a security check; or
d) 旅客未支付相應(yīng)的票款、稅款或費(fèi)用等；
d) the passenger has not paid the applicable fare or any charges or taxes payable; or
e) 旅客未出示有效旅行證件，或持無(wú)效旅行證件在過(guò)境國(guó)尋求入境，或在飛行中銷毀旅行證件，或拒絕廈航的要求將旅行證件交由機(jī)組保管；
e) the passenger fails to present valid travel documents, or presents invalid travel documents in an attempt to enter a country through which the passenger may be in transit, or destroys his or her travel documents during flight, or refuses to surrender his or her travel documents to the flight crew, against receipt, when requested; or
f) 旅客出示的客票為非法獲得，或不是在出票承運(yùn)人或其授權(quán)銷售代理人處購(gòu)買的，或已報(bào)告丟失或被盜，或是偽造的，或出示客票的人不能證明本人即是“旅客姓名”欄內(nèi)指定的人；
f)the ticket presented by the passenger has been acquired unlawfully or has been purchased from an entity other than Xiamen Airlines or its authorized sales agent or has been reported as being lost or stolen or such ticket is a counterfeit ticket; or the person presenting the ticket cannot prove that he or she is the person named in the 'Name of Passenger' box of the ticket; or?
g) 旅客出示殘缺客票，或乘機(jī)聯(lián)不是由廈航或其授權(quán)銷售代理人更改的，或乘機(jī)聯(lián)被涂改的，或未按順序使用的；
g) the passenger has presented a mutilated ticket; or any flight coupon has been altered by anyone other than Xiamen Airlines or its authorized sales agent, or any flight coupon has been mutilated; or any flight coupon has not been used in the sequence specified at the time of ticket issuance; or[m6]
h) 未能遵守廈航有關(guān)安全或安保方面的指令或拒絕遵守機(jī)組成員的指示。
h)the passenger fails to obey the instructions of Xiamen Airlines with respect to safety or security or the instructions of Xiamen Airlines’ crew members.
6.2 對(duì)被拒絕運(yùn)輸旅客的安排
6.2 Arrangements for passengers who are refused for carriage
a) 對(duì)根據(jù)本條件6.1條a）款被拒絕運(yùn)輸?shù)穆每�，廈航按本條件第7.6條非自愿退票的規(guī)定辦理；
a) For passengers who are refused for carriage due to reasons described in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 6.1, Xiamen Airlines will proceed in accordance with the regulations specified in paragraph 7.6 ‘Involuntary Refunds’
b) 對(duì)根據(jù)本條件6.1條b）、c）、e）、g）、h）款被拒絕運(yùn)輸?shù)穆每�，廈航按本條件第7.7條自愿退票的規(guī)定辦理；
b) For passengers who are refused for carriage for reasons described in sub-paragraphs (b), (c), (e), (g), and (h) of paragraph 6.1, Xiamen Airlines will proceed in accordance with the regulations specified in paragraph 7.7 ‘Voluntary Refunds’;
c) 對(duì)根據(jù)本條件6.1條d）款被拒絕運(yùn)輸?shù)穆每�，廈航在其補(bǔ)足適用的票款和費(fèi)用后方安排運(yùn)輸。也可按本條件7.7條自愿退票的規(guī)定辦理；
c) For passengers who are refused for carriage for reasons described in sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph 6.1, Xiamen Airlines will arrange carriage only after the passenger pays the fare and any fare difference; or proceed in accordance with the regulations specified in paragraph 7.7 ‘Voluntary Refunds’;
d) 對(duì)根據(jù)本條件6.1條f）款被拒絕運(yùn)輸?shù)穆每�，廈航保留扣留其客票的權(quán)利。
d) For passengers who are refused for carriage for reasons described in sub-paragraph (f) of paragraph 6.1, Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to confiscate his or her ticket.
