1.17 “行李”指旅客在旅行中為了穿著、使用、舒適或便利而攜帶的必要或適量的物品和其它個(gè)人財(cái)物。除另有規(guī)定外，包括旅客的托運(yùn)行李和非托運(yùn)行李。 1.17 “BAGGAGE” means such articles, effects and other personal property of a passenger as are necessary or appropriate for wear, use, comfort or convenience in connection with the trip. Unless otherwise specified, it includes both checked baggage and carry-on baggage of the passenger. 1.18 “托運(yùn)行李”指旅客交由承運(yùn)人負(fù)責(zé)照管和運(yùn)輸?shù)男欣睢?br /> 1.18 “CHECKED BAGGAGE” means baggage of which Xiamen Airlines takes custody and is responsible for carriage. 1.19 “非托運(yùn)行李”指除旅客托運(yùn)行李以外的由旅客自行照管的行李。 1.19 “CARRY-ON ITEM” means any belongings[m2] other than the checked baggage which is taken care of by the passenger himself.。 1.20 “行李票”指客票中與運(yùn)輸旅客托運(yùn)行李有關(guān)的部分，或廈航計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中存儲(chǔ)的與運(yùn)輸旅客托運(yùn)行李有關(guān)的電子數(shù)據(jù)。 1.20 "BAGGAGE CHECK" means that portion of a Ticket which relate to the carriage of the checked baggage, or electronic data stored in the database of Xiamen Airlines which relate to the carriage of the checked baggage. 1.21 “行李牌識(shí)別聯(lián)”指由承運(yùn)人專(zhuān)為識(shí)別托運(yùn)行李出具給旅客的憑據(jù)。 1.21“BAGGAGE IDENTIFICATION TAG” means a document issued to the passenger by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage. 1.22 “約定經(jīng)停地點(diǎn)”指除航班出發(fā)地點(diǎn)和目的地點(diǎn)以外，在旅客乘坐的航班飛行過(guò)程中預(yù)定停留的地點(diǎn)。 1.22“AGREED STOPPING PLACES” means those places, except the place of departure and the place of destination, set forth in the ticket or shown in carrier's timetables as scheduled stopping places on the passenger's route. 1.23 “中途分程”指經(jīng)承運(yùn)人事先同意，旅客在出發(fā)地點(diǎn)和目的地點(diǎn)間旅行時(shí)由旅客有意安排在某個(gè)地點(diǎn)的旅程間斷。 1.23“STOPOVER” means a deliberate interruption of the journey by the passenger, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination, which has been agreed to in advance by the carrier. 1.24 “免費(fèi)運(yùn)輸”指廈航以飛機(jī)運(yùn)送旅客、行李但不收取報(bào)酬的國(guó)際運(yùn)輸，包括但不限于廈航因禮遇、市場(chǎng)促銷(xiāo)、雇員因私或因公出行、常旅客獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)等的免費(fèi)運(yùn)輸。 1.24"FREE CARRIAGE" means Xiamen Airlines transports certain passengers and baggage by aircraft and free of charge outside China, including but not limited to free carriage provided by Xiamen Airlines for benefits, marketing, private or business travel for employees, and frequent flyer awards. |
