11 旅客服務 11 Passenger services 11.1 除另有規(guī)定外,機上供應的餐飲服務由廈航提供。但廈航不保證超過規(guī)定品種和數(shù)量的餐飲服務。 11.1 Unless otherwise stipulated herein, Xiamen Airlines shall provide on-board meals or drinks but will not guarantee to provide such services beyond the specified variety and quantity. 11.2 旅客對機上餐飲的特殊要求,如素餐、清真餐等,須在定座時提出,在征得廈航同意并作出相關安排后方予以提供。 11.2 Passengers with special needs for on-board meals or drinks, such as vegetarian meals and Muslim meals, shall inform Xiamen Airlines when making a booking. Provision of such meals is subject to prior approval and availability. 11.3 廈航或代表其它服務提供商為旅客提供與航空運輸有關的其它服務安排,除由于廈航故意或疏忽造成的損害外,廈航不承擔責任。 11.3 Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from other service arrangements related to air carriage provided to passengers by Xiamen Airlines in its own name or on behalf of other service providers, except for those losses or damages that are caused by the intentional negligence of Xiamen Airlines. 12 航空器上的行為 12 Conduct aboard the aircraft 12.1 如旅客在航空器上的行為危及到航空器或航空器上任何人或財產的安全、或妨礙機組成員履行職責、或不遵守機組成員的指示、或其他旅客有理由反對的行為,廈航可采取其認為必要的措施,以阻止該行為的繼續(xù),包括對該旅客實施必要的管束。 12.1If a passenger conducts himself or herself aboard the aircraft in a manner that endangers the aircraft or any persons or property on board, or obstructs the crew in the performance of their duties, or fails to comply with any crew instructions, or behaves in a manner to which other passengers may reasonably object, Xiamen Airlines may take such measures as it deems necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint of the passenger. 12.2 旅客不得在航空器上使用移動電話(含具有飛行模式功能)、電子游戲機或包括無線電操控的玩具和對講機在內的發(fā)射裝置。 12.2 Passengers are not permitted to operate aboard the aircraft mobile phones (including those with a flight mode feature),electronic games, or transmitting devices including radio-controlled toys and walkie-talkies. |
