1.25 “代號共享航班”指一家承運人在另一家承運人的航班上使用其航空公司代號的航班。
1.25"CODE-SHARE FLIGHT" refers to a flight operated by one carrier on which another carrier uses its airline code.
2 適用范圍

2.1 一般規(guī)定

2.1.1 除2.2條、2.3條、2.4條、2.5條、2.6條規(guī)定外，本條件適用于廈航為取酬而提供的旅客和行李國際運輸。
2.1.1 Except for those specified in paragraphs 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6, these Conditions apply to all international carriage by air of passengers and baggage, performed by Xiamen Airlines for remuneration.
2.1.2 除免費和折扣票價的運輸條件、合同、票證另有規(guī)定外，本條件同樣適用于免費和折扣票價的運輸。
2.1.2These Conditions also apply to gratuitous[m3] and discounted fare carriage except to the extent that Xiamen Airlines has provided otherwise in its Regulations or in the relevant contracts, passes or tickets.
2.2 在由連續(xù)承運人共同承擔(dān)的國際運輸中，廈航承擔(dān)運輸?shù)暮蕉�，適用本條件。
2.2 These Conditions apply to the segments operated by Xiamen Airlines for the international carriage jointly performed by several successive carriers.
2.3 根據(jù)廈航包機(jī)合同提供的運輸，本條件僅適用于該包機(jī)合同和包機(jī)客票的條款中所包括的范圍。
2.3 If carriage is performed pursuant to a charter agreement, these Conditions apply only to the extent they are incorporated by reference in the terms of the charter agreement and the charter ticket.
2.4 在代號共享航班上，除另有約定外，本條件適用于廈航為締約承運人的運輸。
2.4 Regarding code-share flights, these Conditions apply to carriage in which Xiamen Airlines is the contracting carrier, unless otherwise specified.
2.5 如本條件中含有與適用的公約、國家的法律、行政法規(guī)中強制性規(guī)定不一致的條款，除不一致的條款外，本條件的其余條款仍然有效。
