13.3 由于過境國家或地區(qū)或目的國家或地區(qū)拒絕旅客過境或入境，廈航應(yīng)按政府的命令將旅客運回其出發(fā)地點或其它地點時，旅客必須支付適用的票款。廈航可用旅客已支付的用于尚未使用航段的任何資金抵付該票款。用于運送至拒絕入境地點或遣返地點的客票，廈航不予辦理退票。 13.3 The passenger shall pay the applicable fares whenever Xiamen Airlines, on government order, is required to return the passenger to his/her point of origin or elsewhere , owing to the passenger’s inadmissibility into a country or region, whether for transit or destination. Xiamen Airlines may apply to the payment of such fare any funds paid by the passenger to Xiamen Airlines for unused carriage. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal of entry or deportation will not be refunded by Xiamen Airlines. 13.4 如旅客未遵守有關(guān)國家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求和旅行條件或未出具所要求的文件，導(dǎo)致廈航支付罰金或負(fù)擔(dān)任何費用，旅客應(yīng)按廈航的要求償還廈航已付的全部罰金、抵押金和因此而產(chǎn)生的任何費用。對上述費用的收取，廈航可使用旅客已支付的未使用航段票款或由廈航掌管的該旅客的任何資金。 13.4 If Xiamen Airlines is required to pay any fines or penalties or to incur any expenditures by reason of the passenger’s failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of the countries or regions concerned or to present the required documents, the passenger shall reimburse Xiamen Airlineson demand any amount so paid or deposited and any expenditure so incurred. Xiamen Airlines may apply to such expenditure any fares paid to Xiamen Airlines for unused carriage or any funds of the passenger in the possession of Xiamen Airlines. 13.5 海關(guān)和其他政府官員檢查旅客的行李時，旅客應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)綀�。旅客未遵守該要求而遭受的任何損失，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。 13.5 If required, the passenger shall be present at the inspection of his or her baggage by customs or other government officials. Xiamen Airlines is not liable to passengers for any loss or damage suffered by the passenger through failure to comply with this requirement. 13.6 旅客必須遵守運輸過程中有關(guān)國家或地區(qū)的法律、規(guī)定、命令、要求和旅行條件的各項規(guī)定，服從政府或機場管理當(dāng)局或廈航的安全檢查。 13.6 The passenger shall observe all provisions of law, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of the countries or regions concerned during the carriage, and submit to any security checks by government or airport officials or by Xiamen Airlines. |
