9.2.4Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, Xiamen Airline may move any baggage that exceeds the free baggage allowance to a subsequent flight for carriage. 9.3 檢查權(quán) 9.3Right of search 9.3.1 出于安全和安保的需要，廈航或其它安檢單位有權(quán)對旅客或其行李進行檢查、掃描或X射線檢查。為確定旅客是否攜有，或其行李內(nèi)是否夾帶9.1.1條所規(guī)定的物品或9.1.4條所規(guī)定的必須向廈航交驗的武器、彈藥，即使旅客不在場，廈航或其它安檢單位有權(quán)對其行李進行檢查。對拒絕接受檢查的，廈航有權(quán)拒絕運輸該旅客或其行李。 9.3.1For reasons of safety and security Xiamen Airlines or other security inspection agencies reserve the right to perform a search, scan or X-ray check of the passenger or his/her baggage for the purpose of determining whether the passenger is carrying or whether his or her baggage contains any item described in sub-paragraph9.1.1 or any arms or ammunitions, which must be surrendered to Xiamen Airlines in accordance with sub-paragraph9.1.4.Xiamen Airlines or other security inspection agencies has the right to perform the inspection even if the passenger is not present. If a passenger refuses to accept the inspection, Xiamen Airlines has the right to deny carriage to the passenger or his or her baggage. 9.3.2 如檢查、掃描或X射線檢查給旅客或行李造成傷害或損壞，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任；除非這種傷害或損壞是由于廈航的過失造成的。 9.3.2In the event a search, scan or X-ray check causes injury or damage to the passenger or his or her baggage, Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for such damage unless it is caused by the fault of Xiamen Airlines. 9.4 托運行李 9.4 Checked baggage 9.4.1 所有的行李在托運前應(yīng)標(biāo)明旅客的姓名及目的地點。 9.4.1 All checked baggage should be marked with the name of the passenger and the place of destination before check-in. 9.4.2 行李一經(jīng)向廈航托運，廈航必須負(fù)責(zé)照管，并對每件托運行李栓掛或粘貼行李牌，同時將行李牌識別聯(lián)交給旅客。 9.4.2Upon delivery to Xiamen Airlines of the baggage to be checked, Xiamen Airlines will be responsible for taking custody of such baggage, attach a baggage identification tag for each piece of checked baggage and issue a baggage identification coupon to the passenger. 9.4.3 托運行李將盡可能與旅客同機運輸，除非是出于安全、安�；蜻\行方面的原因而由廈航安排在載量允許的后續(xù)航班上運送的，廈航應(yīng)向旅客進行說明。 9.4.3 Checked baggage will, whenever possible, be carried on the same aircraft as the passengers, unless Xiamen Airlines decides that this is impracticable for safety, security or operational reasons, in which case Xiamen Airlines shall inform passengers and prioritize the checked baggage on an available subsequent flight. |
