9.10 小動(dòng)物
9.10 Small animals
9.10.1 貓、狗、家養(yǎng)鳥類和其它玩賞小動(dòng)物，必須裝在適合其特性的容器內(nèi)，并隨附有效的健康和接種證明、入境許可證及有關(guān)入境國(guó)家或地區(qū)或過境國(guó)家或地區(qū)所規(guī)定的其它證明，經(jīng)廈航事先同意并作出安排后方可運(yùn)輸。
9.10.1Xiamen Airlines will accept carriage of animals such as domesticated dogs, cats, birds and other pets if a passenger puts those animals into a proper container and obtains valid health and vaccination certificates, entry permits or other documents each required by any country or region to be flown into or over, subject to prior consent and arrangement with Xiamne Airlines..
9.10.2 旅客攜帶的小動(dòng)物及其容器和食物，不包括在其免費(fèi)行李額之內(nèi)。旅客應(yīng)按逾重行李交付運(yùn)費(fèi)。
9.10.2 The animal carried by a passenger, together with its container and food, is not included in the free baggage allowance. The passenger must pay excess baggage charges.
9.10.3 陪同殘障旅客的導(dǎo)盲犬、助聽犬及其容器和食物可免費(fèi)運(yùn)輸，不計(jì)入免費(fèi)行李額，并應(yīng)遵守廈航的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
9.10.3Guide dogs and hearing dogs accompanying disabled passengers, along with their containers and food, will be carried free of charge, and not included as part of the normal free baggage allowance, subject to relevant regulations of Xiamen Airlines.
9.10.4 旅客應(yīng)對(duì)托運(yùn)的小動(dòng)物承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，小動(dòng)物被拒絕入境或者過境而造成的丟失、受傷、患病、死亡，廈航不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
9.10.4 Passengers shall be fully responsible for small animals to be carried. Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for any injury to or loss, sickness or death of such animals caused by being refused to entry or passage through a country.
9.10.5 旅客應(yīng)對(duì)小動(dòng)物可能對(duì)其他旅客或機(jī)組成員的人身及行李造成的所有損害或傷害承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任。
9.10.5The passenger shall be liable for all damages or injuries which an animal might cause to other passengers or crew members.
10 班期時(shí)刻和航班取消及變更
10 SCHEDULES, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO FLIGHTS
10.1 廈航將采取一切必要的措施，按照公布的在旅行之日有效的航班時(shí)刻，合理地運(yùn)送旅客及其行李，并按本條件及廈航其它規(guī)定辦理。
