9.8.2 每位旅客托運(yùn)行李聲明價(jià)值的最高限額為2500美元或其它等值貨幣。
9.8.2 The maximum declared value for each passenger is USD2,500 or its equivalent value in other currencies.
9.8.3 廈航按旅客的行李聲明價(jià)值超過本條件第9.8.1條規(guī)定限額部分的價(jià)值的5‰收取聲明價(jià)值附加費(fèi)。
9.8.3Xiamen Airlines will charge 5‰ of the amount which is the portion that a passenger's declared value exceeding[m11] the limitation specified in sub-paragraph9.8.1 as a declared value surcharge.
9.9 行李的領(lǐng)取和交付
9.9 Collection and delivery of baggage
9.9.1 行李運(yùn)達(dá)目的地或中途分程地點(diǎn)以后，旅客應(yīng)憑行李牌識(shí)別聯(lián)立即領(lǐng)取。
9.9.1Passengers shall claim their baggage by presenting their baggage identification tags immediately after the arrival of the baggage at the place of destination or point of stopover.
9.9.2 行李領(lǐng)取人如無法出示行李牌識(shí)別聯(lián)，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供廈航認(rèn)為滿意的證明以確定對(duì)其行李的權(quán)利。必要時(shí)還需填妥廈航規(guī)定的申請(qǐng)書，聲明同意賠償由于該行李交付而可能給廈航造成的任何損害，廈航方予交付。
